Emily McClellen may have grown up on a dairy farm near the small Wisconsin town of Delavan, but she spent plenty of time dreaming of Rio.

McClellen’s hopes to join the U.S. Olympic team came tantalizingly close to reality when she competed for a spot earlier this year.
Just how close did she get to qualifying? AgDay has the story.
