Coca-Cola Co. Partners with Select Milk Producers to Expand Dairy-based Beverages

The move creates a new company to drive investment in Core Power protein milk shake and build opportunities for future dairy-based beverages.

The Coca-Cola Company and Select Milk Producers, Inc. have acquired equity stakes in the newly created Fair Oaks Farms Brands, LLC to drive growth and expansion of the dairy drink Core Power® and to create an innovative portfolio of brands and products that feature the value-added nutrition of dairy.

The Coca-Cola Co. is the world’s largest beverage company. Select Milk Producers, Inc. is an independent group of 87 dairy farmers based in Texas, New Mexico and the Midwest.

The investment validates the potential both parties see in offering higher quality value-added health and wellness beverages.
