Dairy Supply Management Not Dead Yet?

Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy says he has the votes to pass it.

Dairy supply management is not dead yet, despite the National Milk Producers Federation’s surrender last week, according to reports by Vermont Public Radio and the Rutland Herald, Rutland, VT.

Sen. Patrick Leahy (Dem., Vt.) says he has the votes in the Senate to keep the measure alive, and he believes the votes are there in the House of Representatives as well. You can read the full report here.
