The future of the dairy industry is its young producers. Hear from three up-and-coming industry leaders about their roles, how they have evolved their skill sets and their advice for future young leaders during the second session of the MILK Business Dialogues Webinar Series, which is set for Wednesday, June 7 at 1 p.m. CDT.

Taylor Leach, digital content producer for Farm Journal, will moderate the producer panel as they share thoughts and advice on being a young dairy leader. Panelists include:

  • Brent Wickstrom, Wickstrom Jerseys, Hilmar, CA
  • Emilie Callan, Mulligan Farm, Avon, NY
  • Mikayla McGee, Jon-De Farm, Inc., Baldwin, WI

“Young producers are critical to the future of the dairy industry, but at times it can be hard to discover what their roles look like in their operations,” Leach said. “We’re looking forward to a great discussion with three young dairy producers including practical advice others can take back to their operations.”

MILK Business Dialogues webinars are free, but attendees must register to access the session. Register now at: https://fjwebinars.com/account/register/dairy-herd-management/169.
