We saw earlier that next year could be another big year for U.S. ag exports. Dairy looks to play a big role in that sector as well. Livestock, poultry, and dairy exports are forecasted up almost $2 billion to $38.7 billion total. Dairy exports specifically are raised $200 million to $7.7 billion on higher volumes and rising unit values. It’s all thanks to strong global import demand and tightening competitor supplies.

The Milk Business Conference is kicking off this week. This year’s event is taking place in Las Vegas at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.
