The Lima Ohio News reports this week that Speaker of the House John Boehner (R., Ohio) is predicting that Congress will produce a Farm Bill this year.
He met with members of the Ohio Farm Bureau Tuesday. Boehner again reiterated his opposition to dairy supply management.
