Greg Billikopf, a University of California labor management specialist, is again asking dairy producers who employ outside labor to participate in a national wage survey.
Billikopf conducts the survey every three years, and then shares results nationally. His goal is to have 20 dairy producers from each state participate. To do so, pick one milker and then answer the survey with that individual in mind. Take the survey here:
