Milk Markets Mostly Red

November Class III tumbled 20 cents downward to $17.63.

Dairy screens were mostly red today. Block Cheese settled down 2.25 cents to $1.7425 and Barrel Cheese was the same at $1.7350. Spot whey lost 1.25 cents down to $0.3675. November Class III tumbled 20 cents downward to $17.63. Butter lost a cent to $3.3650 as Nonfat milk slid 2 cents to the south, coming to $1.2200. Deferred contracts into 2024 sold off 1-12 cents while November remained at $21.50.

Soybeans rallied to $12.9525 in November as December Corn showed red, settling to $4.84. Soybean Oil continued its sell-off into the $50/cwt area as Soybean Meal ripped upward $13/ton in December to $434.20. Wheat had over a nickel evaporated to $5.8050 in December. Crude Oil lost steam as it fell to the $83/barrel range. The Cattle complex remained mixed after its double digit sell-off yesterday. October Feeder Cattle finished at $239.425 while October Live Cattle settled to $180.000.
