Bessy’s Best

North Dakota dairy producers Blaine and Kathy Goetz are now retailing milk from their cows as a unique, fresh-from-the-farm product in several Bismarck and Mandan stores.

“Bessy’s Best” is a full-fat whole milk, homogenized and pasteurized, but without any vitamins added. The only ingredient in the milk is, well, milk.

The Goetz’s bottle milk from their 120 Holsteins every other day in their bottling operation, started just six weeks ago. The milk is available in one gallon, plastic jugs.
