The best return for California Dairy, Inc. milk is milk powder, not fluid, says CEO Andre Mikhalevsky in a report published by Sierra2theSea internet newspaper this week.
“We can make a lot more money” drying milk and exporting it to China, says Mikhalevsky. That’s why CEI is planning to add two new milk dryer units to the 13-unit plant in Visalia, Calif.
