Grocery store aisles are stocked with choices, as the agricultural industry expands its products. One married couple in upstate New York are realizing the sweet taste of success by developing a niche dairy dessert.
Andrew and Blake Place, who have roots in the dairy industry, now own and operate a goat dairy called Hidden Pastures Goat Dairy in Glenfield, New York. What sets them apart is their creation of goat gelato made out of goat’s milk.
