A quick-attach, no-moving parts silage pile facer is being introduced by Riverview LLP.
Riverview milks more than 20,000 cows on numerous sites in the Upper Midwest, and was frustrated with continual maintenance issues with mechanical silage facers. So its maintenance team came up with a one-piece, heavy-duty rake that easily and cleaning faces bunkers and silage piles. The facer works for both corn silage and haylage.
The quick-attach Easy Rake comes in 12' and 16' models, and works on both tele-handlers and large front-loaders. An Easy Rake model for skid steers is currently under design.
