Global milk demand is expected to keep growing until 2025.

Dairy researchers from the German-based International Farm Comparison Network (IFCN) released it’s latest long-term dairy outlook.

It estimates global demand for milk will grow 25 percent over the next 10 years.

The main driver of consumption increase is a growing population, and researchers predict an increase in prices

Overall, production could jump by 208 million tons, or 8.5 times the current production of New Zealand.
