J&D Manufacturing is introducing a new wave of cooling products to help beat the summer heat.
High Pressure Fog Pump & Filter Kits – The new High Pressure Fog Pumps and Filter Kits from J&D Manufacturing include a pump with regulator and high pressure gauge, single or three phase motor, galvanized mounting shelf, and a complete filter kit with the required fixtures, valves, adapters, brackets, three stage filter housings, and pleated filters. High efficiency motors are available in 1, 3 or 5 HP, and pumps are offered in 3.0, 4.1, or 5.7 GPM. The 20” long pleated filters are available in 2.5” or 4.5” widths in 1, 5, or 20 microns. A wide variety of high pressure line configurations and fan fog rings are also now available from J&D.
Titan – J&D’s new TITAN 55” galvanized damper door fan has a new heavy duty H-frame design and durable 18 gauge housing for maximum durability. The 1, 1.5 or 2 HP motor is housed in the upper corner of the fan to allow increased airflow. The damper doors close with an airtight seal. With BESS Lab verified performances up to 33,600 CFM at .05” static pressure, and efficiencies up to 23.1 CFM at .05” static pressure, the TITAN is a leading contender.
Storm – The new J&D STORM 55” Fiberglass Exhaust Fan features a rugged aerodynamic housing and deep poly cone for superior performance. The STORM is manufactured with an automotive style belt tensioner and durable pillow block bearings that carry a 7 year warranty. The high efficiency, totally enclosed motors are available in 1, 1.5, or 2 HP. Options include a high performance cast aluminum or galvanized propeller, poly or aluminum shutters, and our new slanted H-frame design in heavy gauge galvanized or stainless steel H-frame with stainless steel hardware.
Mega Storm – J&D’s new 72” MEGA STORM Fiberglass Exhaust Fan is made in Wisconsin with a 3HP American-made motor, twin Gates® “A” belts, and a Double A auto belt tensioner for longer life. The MEGA STORM has a hot dip galvanized wire guard, extra heavy shutter clips and a strong X-frame for strength and durability. It comes standard with a 6-bladed aluminum propeller, and is offered with a single or three phase motor, aluminum or poly shutters, and with or without the rugged poly cone.
