Reminiscent of the 1960s of National Farmer Organization protests, Morrow opened the spigot on her bulk tank and allowed 3,500 lb. of milk to drain away. She says she’s losing $4,000 per month on her 50-cow herd because of milk prices that are far below the cost of production.
