Ron was educated as a mathematics teacher, trained as a land use economist and has been involved with trading futures for more than 20 years. His professional designations include: MAI, CMT. Ron now keeps one finger in real estate, three fingers in trading and has allowed one finger to retire.

Doug and Nancy Rupp operates D & N Rupp Farms in Stryker, Ohio. Nancy was a teacher and guidance counselor for 39 years, and continues to work in the Pettisville, Ohio, school system part-time. In addition, she manages the farm finances.
