Plan to Attend

World Dairy Expo. It’s a place that many dream of attending – whether it is to see beautiful cow shows on the iconic colored shavings or to attend the massive trade show. Madison, Wisconsin becomes a hub for dairy enthusiasts, and for many of us, it turns into an annual tradition—a large, extended family reunion, so to speak. Simply stated: World Dairy Expo doesn’t disappoint; it’s a fantastic gathering where you can meet producers from across the country, view elite cattle and learn about the latest technology and innovations in the dairy industry.

Plan Out Your Expo Schedule

While one location gathers thousands of dairy enthusiasts, many travel to World Dairy Expo for different reasons. Some visitors never leave the cattle barns, while others don’t step foot in them. Many fairgoers weave in and out of the entire Expo grounds, gaining enough steps to enjoy a dairy delicious treat from the Badger Stand guilt-free. I highly recommend downloading the Expo App in advance so you can make the most of your time at this once-a-year event to ensure that you don’t miss out on anything important to you.

Stop in our Dairy Herd Management booth (Exhibition Hall 2505) to visit with our staff and meet our AgriTalk host, Chip Flory, who will be recording live Tuesday and Wednesday during Expo. Also, make note that the U.S. Farm Report will do a live taping in the Tanbark on Wednesday over the noon hour. The host, Tyne Morgan’s amazing wit and personality will help set the stage for leading economists to answer burning questions on dairy markets, trends and news. This is a must-attend event.

Start packing your bags now and we look forward to seeing you all in Madison!
