CINOR 2008, the Normande International Conference, will be held during World Dairy Expo in Madison, Wis. Sept. 28 through Oct. 5.
It will feature a two-day conference, looking at the adaptability of the Normande breed and its usefulness in crossbreeding schemes. Speakers will also look at the breed’s unique cheese-making abilities as well as beef production.
A special Normande tent pavilion will also be open to the public, which will feature 10 Normande cows and crossbreds, along with their calves. The Pavillion will also feature unique products from the Normandy region of France.
