A western North Carolina dairy farm described as one of the largest in the state and one of its owners has pleaded guilty in federal court to violating the Clean Water Act.

Combining forces, the Select Sire Power, Inc. and Southeast Select Sires, Inc. will officially become one and renamed Premier Select Sires, Inc. effective Jan. 1, 2019.
