Lindsey Pound is an art director and photographer for Farm Journal. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a degree in general agriculture with an emphasis in agricultural journalism and plant science while also studying graphic design and photography. Lindsey and her husband reside on their family’s farm outside of Laddonia, Mo.

When she’s not helping on the dairy, accomplished agriculture journalist Anna-Lisa Laca reports about all things agriculture—online, in social media and in print as the Online and Business Editor for Dairy Today and Top Producer. Laca, who served as Social Media Editor for Farm Journal early in her career, owns and runs a dairy with her husband, Scott, and grew up on a West Coast cow-calf operation. Wes Mills is Executive Producer for AgDay and U.S. Farm Report where he’s responsible for the editorial content of the show. Before joining Farm Journal in May 2007, Wes worked as the Assistant News Director at WNDU-TV, South Bend, Indiana. His television career has also taken him to Milwaukee, WI, Moline, IL (the Quad Cities), and Fort Smith, AR. Wes and his wife Carol have three children. When they’re not working, Wes and Carol enjoy digging into the dirt in their ever-expanding flower gardens.
