TPP Negotiations Incredibly Complex

If you think negotiating rents with five or six landlords each spring is complex, think what U.S. negotiators are up against this weekend  as they try to finalize the Trans Pacific Partnership trade agreement.

Sure, they’re in Maui. But they’ll be locked away in conference rooms with little opportunity to view the ocean vistas. 

The agreement involves 12 Pacific Rim nations and an untold number domestic constituents, all demanding either new market access or protection from other countries. U.S, negotiators vow they'll hang tough.
