Land O'Lakes Animal Milk Products is pleased to announce the launch of its Calf Care™ line of products designed to maintain calf health through greater focus on supportive care for the calf, especially during periods of health challenges. Products include LAND O LAKES® Bovine lgG Colostrum Replacement, LAND O LAKES® Electrolyte System, LAND O LAKES® Electrolyte Complete, LAND O LAKES® Gammulin®, LAND O LAKES® Calf Insure®, and NT Concentrate.

LAND O LAKES® Calf Care™ Products have been formulated to address the critical,
early weeks of a calf's life and complement all milk replacer and other calf nutrition options manufactured by the company. "The Calf Care™ Products provide supportive care to young animals and help them get back on the path to growth and success,” says Dr. Tom Earleywine, director of nutritional services for Land O'Lakes Animal Milk Products. "By providing nutrition products and solutions that allow calves to reach their full potential, producers are helping their calves become more feed efficient and better able to withstand health challenges, preparing them for a lifetime of greater performance.”

LAND O LAKES® Bovine lgG Colostrum Replacement is the leading product in the
category as the only colostrum replacement licensed by USDA. This nutrient-rich colostrum replacement is dried, heat-treated colostrum chosen for its high IgG content and provides calves the critical immunoglobulins and antibodies needed during the first hours of life to prepare their immune system. LAND O LAKES® Colostrum Replacement provides 100 grams or more of IgG to help achieve successful passive transfer (FPT), which is critical to a calf's long-term performance and health. The product is available as a case of single dose packages or in a 40-dose pail.

LAND O LAKES® Gammulin® is a functional protein supplement which helps support
and maintain gut integrity of calves. It is recommended to be fed 2 to 15 days after birth as well as prior to and during periods of challenge in calves such as hot temperatures or shipping. LAND O LAKES® Gammulin® is packaged in a 22 pound pail.

LAND O LAKES® Calf Insure® has high levels of antioxidant vitamins to support a
calf's immune system. Using Calf Insure® is an effective way for producers to increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract to help maintain gut health as well as support digestion. Calf Insure® can be purchased in 5 or 25 pound pails.

LAND O LAKES® Electrolyte System and LAND O LAKES® Electrolyte Complete
provide electrolytes and essential fluids when young calves are dehydrated, exposed to heat or cold stress or experience electrolyte loss. The LAND O LAKES® Electrolyte System is composed of two parts. The Base provides needed electrolytes and essential fluids, and is available in 25 and 50 pound bags. The 3-pound jar of Add Pack, when combined with the Base, assists with electrolyte transport and helps maintain proper body fluid levels.

LAND O LAKES® Electrolyte Complete combines the two parts of the system into one single package, and comes in a 25 pound bag or 10 pound pail. A Multi Specie Electrolyte Complete is also available in a 5 pound pail.

NT Concentrate is available for the treatment of scours caused by E. coli susceptible to
oxytetracycline and/or neomycin and can be used for the treatment and control of shipping fever caused by Pasteurella multocida susceptible to oxytetracycline. This product should be used only when other nutritional or medication options are eliminated and is available in a 25 or 50 pound bag.
